Industrial Flexible Cable - BS 6004

POLYCAB, PVC INSULATED AND PVC SHEATHED CONTROL CABLE CONFORMING TO BS 6004 STANDARD.

These includes low voltage cable, confirming the construction and performance of thermoplastic insulated cable as per BS 6004. These cables are suitable to use in buildings, electric power supply and lighting application with a voltage up to and including 300/500 V.

These cables are available in single and multicore with maximum conductor operating temperature of 70˚C and maximum conductor short circuit temperature 160˚C.

Technical Specification:

Conductor: High conductivity annealed plain solid/stranded/bunched copper conductor produced in- house from state-of-the art Contirod line.

Insulation: In-house developed high insulation resistance thermoplastic insulation confirming to EN 50363-3

Sheath: In-house developed thermoplastic compound Type 6 or Type 10 confirming to BS 7655-4.2.
The construction based on the application and requirement of the user against BS 6004.
